Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences will take place from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM, and Friday will be a half-day (12:00 PM dismissal to allow for the recording of 5th-period attendance), parent-teacher conference will take place from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. However, no in-person conference will occur. All conferences will be conducted via telephone or electronic communication.

• Parents are welcomed to contact teachers in advance of parent-teacher conferences OR during parent-teacher conferences to offer the opportunity to participate in a conference via phone and/or videoconference, e.g. via, Google Hangout, Google Voice Call, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.
• You may contact teachers by calling the main school number 718-733-4559 to make an appointment for a conference call or by emailing them directly. Teacher Emails can be found in the Belmont Staff Directory.
• In the event you are unable to connect by phone or virtually during the afternoon or evening conference, you may schedule a time to connect with teachers on another date in March during the regular school day.
• Report Card Grades will be available on pupilPath Wednesday, March, 18th by 4 PM and distributed to all students on Thursday, 3/19. You can ask your child to log into their pupilPath account to view their grades OR you may request a parent account by completing this form.
